Coastal shelter with access from the sea if arriving by kayak. Shelter site with one shelter offering good views over the water. The shelter’s shape is inspired by old boathouses and the classic tent. There is a gate in the gable end, which can keep out the fresh sea wind. The shelter site cannot be booked; it operates on a “first-come, first-served” basis. The shelter has room for 3 adults. It is only permitted to stay overnight for one night in the shelter. The shelter site is located at the end of Jons Kapelvej; if arriving by car, there is parking 600 meters away at Jons Kapelvej. At this parking area, there is a kiosk and a toilet with water. The kiosk is only open in summer, and the toilet may be closed during the winter season. It is also possible to park at the end of Teglkåsvej, 400 meters from the shelter. At Teglkås Havn, approximately 600m to the south, a toilet and water are also available.
