The campfire sites at Brunebjerg may be used by everyone. There are two campfire sites - one by the lunch house and one by the shelters. If there are guests in the shelters, they have priority for the campfire site by the shelters. If there is firewood in the woodshed, you are welcome to use it in limited quantities. By the campfire site, there are also two shelters, a lunch house with benches, picnic tables, as well as a composting toilet and a water tap (water is shut off in winter). In the immediate vicinity is a dog forest, where it is possible to let dogs play freely without a leash. You can also embark on the established 4.5 km mountain bike trail, which winds through dense forest and open stretches. The route is varied with both sharp turns and steep climbs. If you prefer to move at a more leisurely pace, you can enjoy the path along Kærum Å or strengthen your heart on the heart trail. You may stay in the area all day and night, but there must be quiet at the site by 10 PM out of consideration for residents in the allotment gardens and wildlife in the area.
