The hut at Storehøj is hidden in the thicket by Kanonvej. From here, it is easy to walk over to Storehøj and the adjacent lake. Storehøj is a great place to experience the birds that inhabit the lake and the reed forest. Everyone can take a walk on the new bridge out into the lake through reeds to the two bird hides. Throughout the summer, swallows soar in the air, coots cry out, and geese graze.
