About this spot
The shelter site must be booked if you want to ensure an overnight stay. Maximum 2 nights. Supplementary tents may be pitched at the site without prior booking. Booking applies only to the shelters. Access to the site is from Kongskilde Naturcenter’s parking lot, Skælskørvej 34, 4180 Sorø. From here, it is just under 1 kilometer on foot. There is a primitive toilet at the site, and firewood may be gathered from the forest floor. Water can be fetched at Kongskilde Naturcenter. The toilet is on the backside of the center. Here there is an outdoor tap.
