Bogense (NatureMoves)

The shelter site is located right on the outskirts of Bogense, one of Denmark’s most beautiful and best-preserved market towns. It is 1.3 km to the town center (via a path), where there are various shopping opportunities, including different grocery stores and a bakery. There is also a petrol station 200 m from the area. The shelter site is located in the northeastern end of a 1-hectare outdoor recreation area with a fire hut, lake, zip line, hammocks, bike track, and various tipis. The outdoor recreation area was inaugurated in June 2018 and is frequently used during the daytime by local residents, especially by students from Bogense Skole, who helped develop the area.
