Kongshøj Strand

The shelter site at Kongshøj Strand, directly facing Storebælt, is part of the “Blå Støttepunkter” (Blue Support Points) shelter concept, where you can stay overnight in new, modern, coastal shelters all around Funen. There are good bathing opportunities with an excellent “Blue Flag” beach and a bathing jetty. The site is operated by Kongshøj Strand Camping, which is located directly behind the shelter site. You are welcome to use the toilets and drinking water. The camping site’s other facilities are not included in the price for using the shelters. Contact the camping site if you wish to use their facilities, or if you need accommodation beyond what the shelter site can offer, e.g., pitching a tent or renting extra cabins. The shelter must be booked at www.bookenshelter.dk, and it costs 30 DKK/person/night.
