Frøstrup Anlæg

Address: The facility is located on Frøstrupvej between numbers 71 and 101 - 3 km from Lunde towards Varde. Frøstrup Anlæg, formerly Dybvadslund, is located on old common land. Here, landowners collected clay and marl, but the area then lay fallow until farmer Niels Krukow took the initiative in 1941 to create a meeting place. The parish residents contributed with a collection, unemployed members of Hedeselskabet’s flying corps carried out the work, and in July 1943, the parish residents could inaugurate their new sanctuary. By 2002, the facility had become overgrown, and a group of neighbors took action. With support from Friluftsrådet and Blåbjerg Municipality, the working group behind Frøstrup Anlæg erected a fire hut in 2006.
