About this spot
Parking at La Brasserie La Chia, down the slopes, between forest and pastures. A typical Swiss place, filled with cows in summer (for the production of Gruyère des Alpages). There’s a pretty walk around La Chia, crossing a small stream and a field of cows, and past atypical Swiss chalets. No services, and the brewery is only open on weekends in summer. Waking up to the bells and this beautiful landscape is recommended. Be careful, however, of the winding and narrow road. (Perhaps you will have the chance to see the Poya, the Swiss transhumance).
